At Shonex Cleaning Services, customer delight is our top priority. We inspect every cleaned item (sofa, mattress, carpet, car interior) before leaving your premises. If you notice any missed spot or unsatisfactory cleaning within 24 hours of service, we will send our team back to re-clean the area free of charge.
2. Booking Cancellation
- Free Cancellation: You can cancel or reschedule your cleaning slot free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time.
- On-Site Cancellation: If our team reaches your location and the service is cancelled at the door without prior notice, a nominal visit charge of ₹150 may apply.
3. Refund Terms
Because payment is collected after service completion (Pay After Cleaning via Cash/UPI), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you prepaid digitally and are entitled to a refund, it will be credited back to your original payment account within 3 to 5 business days.
